Appt Health was founded in 2017, after our founder, Hector, saw firsthand the challenges of delivering preventive care in an East London GP practice. What began as a simple idea to improve screening uptake has grown into a nationwide service.

Our first product launched in 2021. Today, we partner with NHS services across the UK to deliver smart, inclusive, and scalable patient engagement — helping primary care teams meet targets, reduce workload, and improve outcomes.

We’re a close-knit team of clinicians, engineers, behavioural scientists and NHS experts, all driven by a shared mission: to make preventive healthcare work better for everyone.
